ABOUT
I am a interactive and wearable technologies designer working at the intersection of the body, technology, and speculative narratives around intimacy, sexuality, and ecological entanglements.
Through embodied interaction and a critical feminist lens, my practice questions dominant models of gender, technologies of control, and corporeality. In my practice, I apply DIY/DIWO ethics and open-source methodologies, and explore forms of knowledge based on witchcraft to promote collective experimentation and shared epistemologies.
Working with biomaterials, wearable technologies, and bio-interactive systems, I imagine alternative futures of care, intimacy, and multispecies interconnection.
Together with Giulia Tomasello, I co-founded Bruixes_Lab, a nomadic laboratory focused on biotechnology, transfeminist practices, and intimate technologie
We have conducted workshops, exhibitions, and collaborations internationally, including Ars Electronica, MU Hybrid House, III Instruments Inventors, TTT (Taboo-Transgression-Transcendence) and many other artistic-scientific institutions and festivals.
